By creating an account with Rabble, you accept our terms of use. You can choose to delete your Rabble account at any time, more information on this can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Rules for creating an account and using the service

Rabble’s service can only be used by private individuals and is limited to a maximum of one account per person. The service is specifically designed to be used with receipts issued within the local market. Receipts from other countries are not valid and therefore cannot be used to participate in offers or cashback. Should Rabble find that a user creates several accounts or otherwise violates the terms of use, Rabble reserves the right to close the user account and freeze the accumulated assets for the affected account. Rabbles services may not be used by people under 18 years of age.

In the event that Rabble suspects that a user is acting illegally or otherwise abusing the service it will, where applicable, be reported to the police or other legal instances for further handling. Should Rabble have made a payment which then turns out to be incorrect, a repayment may be imposed on the user. Should it be discovered that more than one Rabble account has been created by a user, all accounts that can be linked to the user will be frozen. The same applies to all attempts to manipulate receipt data or in any other way securing funds to your Rabble account to which you are not entitled.

Collection and payment of cash back

The cash back offers and other incentive campaigns seen in Rabble have been produced jointly with Rabble’s partners. All Rabble’s offers have different restrictions in the form of start and end dates, maximum number of redemptions per person, total number of redemptions and other specified purchase requirements that appear in connection with internal and external communication of the offer. Rabble cannot guarantee that all offers can be used in accordance with these restrictions and may change them during the course of the campaign without further explaining or communicating the changes made. Where applicable, external communication will be modified to better reflect the content available in Rabble.

Please note that multiple offers cannot be combined or used on the same product. Each product can only be eligible for one cashback offer per purchase.

To withdraw the accumulated cashback on your Rabble account, Rabble uses Trustly, a third-party solution, to make payments to your preferred bank account. To be able to withdraw funds from your Rabble account, you must have earned at least 50 SEK (SE), 5 EUR (FI), 50 NOK (NO), or 50 DKK (DK). To make a withdrawal via Trustly, you must log in with your bank details and verify your identity. You must also be at least 18 years old to make a withdrawal from your Rabble account.

As a user, you collect cash back by taking photos of receipts, scanning EAN codes, responding to surveys or otherwise participating in activities that generate cash back to your Rabble account. You will only receive cash back after Rabble has been able to verify a performance corresponding to the requirement to have the amount deposited in your Rabble account. Most verifications take place immediately after the performance is completed, such as scanning a receipt, but may take up to 72 hours before appearing in your account in cases where these performances need to be reviewed manually.

Rabble may set minimum withdrawal limits or maximum amounts of withdrawals over a period of time to reduce the risk of abuse and keep transaction costs down. The minimum withdrawal restrictions that apply are clearly stated under the tab ‘account’. Withdrawals confirmed by Rabble usually take place within 24 hours to the selected bank account. All earned cash back has a validity period of 24 months from the date of earning before it is considered forfeited.

Rabble saves certain anonymised transaction data in order to e.g. be able to show historical transactions for the Rabble accounts.

How online cashback works with Rabble

To ensure your cashback is registered correctly, you must:

  1. Click on the store link via Rabble – either in the app, on rabble.se/no/dk/fi, or via our browser extension.
  2. Complete the purchase in the same browser tab, without visiting other websites or email links in between.
  3. Finalize the purchase in the store’s online shop (not in the store’s app).

Important information

  • Discount codes not provided by Rabble do not qualify for cashback.
  • No cashback is given on gift card purchases or on the part of a purchase paid with gift cards or store credit.
  • Employee or student discounts may affect tracking, and purchases made using such discounts do not qualify for cashback.
  • Exchanges or returns made in physical stores are considered returns and do not qualify for cashback.
  • For travel, hotels, and car rentals, cashback is paid only after the booking has been paid and completed. No cashback is given for cancelled bookings, even if they are refundable.
  • It is not permitted to split a booking or purchase into several parts in order to maximize cashback.
  • Purchases that are not tracked or registered within 60 days cannot be processed. To investigate such cases, Rabble requires a complete order or booking confirmation.
  • Other browser extensions, discount code and campaign sites, as well as clicking on ads after you’ve activated an offer, can take over the tracking and cause your cashback to be lost.

Payment and calculation

  • Cashback can be paid no earlier than 14 days after your purchase, once it has been approved by the store.
  • The minimum payout amount is 50 SEK (SE), 5 EUR (FI), 50 NOK (NO), or 50 DKK (DK).
  • Processing times vary between stores and are shown on each store page in Rabble.
  • Cashback is usually calculated on the order value excluding VAT, taxes, and shipping, rounded down to the nearest whole number.
  • Changed, cancelled, or returned orders do not qualify for cashback.

Rabble’s responsibility and Force Majeure
